The cost of the home inspection is $400.00 and takes approximately two hours to complete. At the end of the inspection you will receive a 35 page written report, a pest certificate and a radon gas certificate. *We Now Offer Electronic Versions Of The Report as well. Jesse uses the latest computer technology providing an accurate radon gas read in one hour which is performed during the inspection while Jesse is on-site. Based on the EPA suggested health risk, no buyer should accept an unsupervised test result. Jesse will also provide you with a laminated referral card of local tradesmen. Bring your family and friends, Howard answers all questions related to the inspection. Appointments can be scheduled from 8AM-8PM.
