Your Responsibilities

Jesse encourages you to attend your inspection, and if you do, dress appropriately for the weather and possibly getting a little dirty. Make arrangements ahead of time to ensure full access to the house and that all the utilities are turned on. Be sure the owners are aware of the inspection appointment (usually done by the your realtor).
