The cost of the home inspection is $300.00 and takes approximately two hours to complete. At the end of the inspection you will receive a 30 page written report, a pest certificate and a radon gas certificate. Howard uses the latest computer technology providing an accurate radon read in one hour which is performed during the inspection while Howard is on-site. Based on the EPA suggested health risk, no buyer should accept an unsupervised test result. Howard will also provide you with a laminated referral card of local tradesmen. Bring your family and friends, Howard answers all questions related to the inspection. Appointments are scheduled at 9 am, 1 pm and 5 pm, 5 days a week.
